Hi, I’m Emily, a landscape designer based in Austin, Texas. I began my career at a leading landscape architecture firm in the Midwest and now have about four years of experience in the South at a premier commercial design firm. Working across residential and commercial projects has strengthened my ability to move between creative concepts, technical details, and team coordination. I enjoy solving complex site challenges and carrying a design from its first sketches toward construction.

My connection to landscape began long before my career. I grew up in a farming family near an Amish community, where I learned early on how closely land, daily life, and culture are connected. I’m still drawn to the ways people cultivate and inhabit a place. Landscape design gives me a way to explore those relationships through creativity, practical thinking, and collaboration.
